Ted Panagiotopoulos

Ted Panagiotopoulos currently serves as the City Treasurer/Collector for the City of Lowell since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ted held the position of CFO at Enjet Aero from February 2018 to November 2021. Ted's extensive experience also includes serving as Corporate Controller at Munters Corp from July 2011 to February 2017 and as Financial Controller at QSA Global, Inc from June 1998 to August 2011, where responsibilities included managing general ledger accounts and performing cost analysis. Earlier in Ted's career, roles at OSRAM included Financial Analyst and Cost Accountant, with a focus on logistics and SAP system implementation. Ted earned a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell between 1989 and 1993.
