Meagan Tuttle

Meagan Tuttle, AICP, currently serves as the Planning Division Director for the City of Madison, WI, since August 2024. Prior to this role, Tuttle held various positions at the City of Burlington, Vermont, from October 2015 to June 2024, including Planning Director, COVID-19 Response Leader, and Principal Planner for Comprehensive Planning, where responsibilities involved coordinating efforts during the pandemic and managing long-range planning initiatives. Tuttle’s earlier experience includes serving as a Planner for the Borough of State College, where the State College Neighborhood Plan was developed, and an Adjunct Instructor at Ball State University's College of Architecture and Planning, focusing on urban planning education and community engagement projects. Tuttle began professional experience as a Planning Intern with the City of Fort Wayne. Tuttle holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning & Development, both from Ball State University.
