Rachel Johnson, MS, SHRM-CP, CMP, currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Metro Transit in Madison, WI, where responsibilities include overseeing Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, and Legal units while promoting racial equity and social justice. As a Board Member for Aris Theatre, Rachel evaluates and executes DEI initiatives to enhance BIPOC representation, alongside providing strategic governance. Previously, Rachel held leadership positions at Coaching Services International, Lighthouse Equity Group, Neuberger Berman, Clarkston Consulting, The Cambridge Group, Seyfarth Shaw, and Mitchell & Associates, accumulating extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, and employee engagement. Rachel holds two Master of Science degrees from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University, and has participated in an education study abroad program at the University of Cambridge.
