Scott Kleinfeldt

Scott Kleinfeldt has over 23 years of law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Lieutenant of Patrol for the City of Madison, WI since May 2002. In this role, Scott oversees the management and supervision of the East Police District, which includes seven sergeants and 58 officers. Additionally, Scott leads the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Unit, supervising 19 FAA-certified UAS officer operators and overseeing budgeting, policy development, and training. Previous positions include managing various specialized services such as Special Events and Community Outreach, where Scott was responsible for community engagement initiatives and federal grant management. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Winona State University and a Masters of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
