Alfranda Durr

Alfranda "Al" Durr serves as President and CEO of ALD & Associates LLC, focusing on strategic vision and client relations since April 2019. With a distinguished 28-year career as a commissioned officer in the Army National Guard, Al has held various leadership roles, including Chief Diversity Officer and Division Chief for Sexual Assault Prevention and Response. Al also contributes to the City of Manassas Park Economic Development Authority and serves as Adjunct Faculty at George Mason University, teaching courses on Leadership and Diversity. Al holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington State University, an MBA in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
