Kelly Evans

Kelly Evans is an experienced professional with a background in public policy and staffing. Currently serving as a Policy Officer and City Legislative & Legal Coordinator for the City of Manassas Park since November 2021, Kelly has previously worked at Matern Staffing, Inc. as a staffing specialist from January 2020 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes holding the position of Recreation Lead at the City of Manassas Park from June 2014 to January 2019, and working as a cashier at Signal Bay Waterpark from May 2014 to June 2016. Additionally, in 2016, Kelly served as a Summer Camp Counselor at Manassas Christian Academy. Educationally, Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Mary Washington, completed in 2021.
