Valerie Dingler Phr

Valerie Dingler, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources. Valerie started their career in 1994 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Baker & Hostetler LLP, where they provided executive-level support and implemented policies and procedures. Valerie then joined Vector Security in 2000, where they held various roles including Branch Administrator, District HR Manager, and Regional HR Business Partner. In 2016, Valerie joined Optimal Solutions & Technologies, Inc. as a Lead HR Generalist. Currently, Valerie is the Director of Human Resources at the City of Manassas Park.

Valerie Dingler, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Strayer University. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) in April 2010 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Furthermore, Valerie obtained the Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in June 2015 from SHRM.
