Valerie started their career in 1994 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Baker & Hostetler LLP, where they provided executive-level support and implemented policies and procedures. Valerie then joined Vector Security in 2000, where they held various roles including Branch Administrator, District HR Manager, and Regional HR Business Partner. In 2016, Valerie joined Optimal Solutions & Technologies, Inc. as a Lead HR Generalist. Currently, Valerie is the Director of Human Resources at the City of Manassas Park.
