Justin Schulz is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Assistant Finance Director for the City of Mandan since October 2023. Prior to this role, Justin worked as the Deputy Finance Director for Burleigh County in Bismarck from November 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating accounting and budgetary operations. Justin also held the position of Account Manager at Burleigh County Highway Department from July 2020 to November 2022, overseeing various accounting functions. Earlier in career, Justin spent over 15 years at RDO Equipment Co. in various roles, including Power Systems Product Manager, Sales Manager, and Aftermarket Manager. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Dickinson State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Bismarck State College.
