Sal Kaddorah

Sal Kaddorah, P.E., has over 38 years of experience in civil engineering and plan checking. Currently serving as the City Building Official for the City of Manhattan Beach since July 1997, Sal has held various technical roles including Principal Plan Check Engineer and Senior Plan Check Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Plan Check Engineer for the City of Sacramento and as a Structural Design Engineer at William Merkel Associates. Sal Kaddorah holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, completed in 1988 and 1985, respectively.
