Scott Dempsey

Scott Dempsey is a Network Security Engineer and Technology Specialist at the City of Marietta since April 2013, where responsibilities include configuring and deploying mobile solutions for fire and police fleets and managing evidence data retention. Prior experience includes an internship at Cobb County, providing client support for Public Safety departments, and assisting with testing and debugging programs. Scott also served as a Property Manager at Lassiter Property Management, focusing on rent collections, budget preparation, and accounting. Earlier internships included managing training data at Central State Hospital and research support for the brokerage team at UGL Equis. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Georgia College & State University, obtained in 2012.
