Jonathon Riggsbee

Jonathon Riggsbee is a seasoned GIS Analyst with extensive experience in geographic information systems and data management. Since January 2017, Jonathon has been with the City of Maryville Government, focusing on the creation and maintenance of data within the county-wide enterprise GIS. Prior to this role, Jonathon served as a GIS Technician for the City of Athens, achieving significant cost reductions and efficiency improvements in pavement management and crime mapping. Jonathon's early career included positions as an Administrative Associate at Tennessee Technological University and customer service roles at Averitt Express. Jonathon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geoscience with a focus on Geographic Information Systems, as well as degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies, Accounting, and Psychology from Tennessee Technological University.
