Seth Duncan

Seth Duncan, MPA, currently serves as the City Administrator for the City of Mauldin since November 2022. Previously, Duncan held the position of City Manager for the City of York, SC, overseeing operations for a community of nearly 8,500 residents. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Batesburg-Leesville, where responsibilities encompassed managing day-to-day operations across multiple departments and overseeing a substantial budget. Duncan's earlier roles include Business Services Manager at the Berkeley Charleston Dorchester Council of Governments and various positions within the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce. Education includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
