Terry Williams has served as a Maumelle City Council Member since October 2016 and has been the Chief Executive Officer of City Of Faith Reentry Services since August 1996. Williams holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Corrections from Northeast Louisiana University.
