Marty Knutson

Marty Knutson is an experienced Urban Designer at the City of Medicine Hat since April 2016, contributing to the development of urban design and planning policies through community projects, concept development, and public consultations. Prior to this role, Marty served as a Planning/CADD Technician at Scheffer Andrew Ltd. from April 2007 to August 2015, focusing on land development and producing various design materials. Earlier experience includes positions as an Advertising Graphic Designer at Medicine Hat News, where design and production of advertising materials were central, and as a Marketing/Design Assistant at Richmond News. Marty holds a degree in CADD/Technical Illustration and another in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, both from Medicine Hat College.
