Pascal Seguin

Pascal Seguin, CISSP, GCIP, is a Senior OT Network & Cybersecurity Specialist at the City of Medicine Hat since July 2022, where responsibilities include supporting the SCADA Network and managing the rollout of Active Directory. Pascal also serves as a member of the Occupational Joint Health and Safety Committee for Electric Operations, focusing on workplace safety inspections and incident investigations. Prior experience includes roles as a Cyber Security Analyst at Deloitte, providing expertise in IT and OT environments, and as an IT Specialist at Boston Consulting Group, supporting the transition to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier work as an IT Field Analyst at CNOOC International involved operations support for the Long Lake In Situ Project. Pascal holds a Bachelor of Computer Information Systems and a Certificate in Business Administration from Mount Royal University.
