Joe Padilla

Joe Padilla has extensive experience in the maintenance and supervision of sewer and storm drain systems. Currently serving as the Sewer/Storm Supervisor for the City of Merced since November 2007, Joe Padilla is responsible for overseeing crews engaged in preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance while maintaining accurate records of sewer line cleaning and issues within the collection system. Prior to this role, Joe Padilla worked as a Water Sewer Storm maintenance worker at Rolfe Construction from June 1986 to January 2001, where responsibilities included installing water, sewer, and storm drain lines, as well as conducting pre-inspections using various testing methods such as Mandrel, CCTV, and air and water pressure tests. Joe Padilla has also pursued education at Merced Junior College.
