Joshua Wilson has extensive experience in fire service, having served as a Fire Captain, Fire Engineer, and Firefighter with the City of Merced since July 2005. Prior to this, Joshua worked as a Firefighter for the State of California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection from June 2002 to July 2005 and as a Paid Call Firefighter with Merced County Fire, Hilmar from January 2001 to July 2005. Joshua's educational background includes a Certificate of Completion in Fire Science from Modesto Junior College, a High School Diploma from Hilmar High School, and certifications as a Hazardous Materials Technician and Fire Officer from the California Specialized Training Institute and California State Fire Marshall, respectively.
