The Leadership Team at the City of Merced Fire Department, consisting of the Interim Fire Chief and three Battalion Chiefs, is responsible for overseeing fire safety operations, strategic planning, and emergency response coordination. They ensure the efficient running of the fire department, implement safety protocols, and provide leadership and support to firefighting personnel to protect and serve the community effectively.
