Laura Lee Berg is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in management and operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Meridian since March 2014, Laura brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Vice President and Branch Manager at Bank of the Cascades and Vice President, Human Resources Officer for the Idaho Region at the same institution. Laura’s career also includes significant human resources management roles at Farmers & Merchants State Bank, starting as Compliance Officer and progressing to Vice President, Human Resources Officer. Throughout Laura's career, responsibilities have included strategic development, compliance management, payroll administration, and fostering effective communication across organizations. Education includes attendance at Meridian High School and completion of coursework at Pacific Coast Compliance School.
