Kelley Keffer

Kelley Keffer serves as an Economic Development Project Manager for the City of Mesa Office of Economic Development since December 2012, where responsibilities include designing and managing the Mesa Business Builder Small Business Initiative, supporting over 100 businesses annually with a budget exceeding $350K. Prior experience includes roles as Management Assistant II, overseeing a $10M department budget, leading initiatives such as the LaunchPoint Mesa Technology Accelerator, and managing Downtown Mesa redevelopment efforts. Previously, Kelley held the position of Project Director at The National Center For American Indian Enterprise Development, focusing on federal grant program management, strategic development, and marketing. Additional experience includes directing the Small Business Development Center at Mohave Community College and co-owning Marsh Custom Construction, LLC. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Walsh College.
