Nick Juszczak

Nick Juszczak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and economic development. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at the City of Mesa Office of Economic Development since January 2021, Nick manages complex projects often involving political considerations. Previously, Nick held various roles at CBRE, including Project Manager and Manager of Client Consulting, focusing on site selection, location analysis, and workforce longevity. Nick’s earlier positions include Sr. Consulting Analyst and Consulting Analyst at CBRE, where responsibilities included gathering labor market intelligence to support corporate clients. Additionally, Nick has a background in business development and professional golf, along with experience as a campus minister. Nick holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
