Leo Cosio currently serves as Chief of Staff to City of Miami District 4 Commissioner Ralph "Rafael" Rosado, a position held since June 2025. With a diverse professional background, Cosio has also been a Sales Associate at The Keyes Company since October 2021 and held roles in North Bay Village, including Chief of Staff and Assistant to the Village Manager from January 2022 to June 2025. Previous experiences include working as a News Writer for WSVN-TV 7News (January 2019 - October 2021) and an intern at the Congressional Research Service (May 2018 - August 2018) focusing on media relations. Cosio gained leadership experience as the Student Government Association President at Florida International University from June 2016 to May 2018, effectively managing significant budget allocations and initiating impactful projects for the student body. Currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration & Policy at American University, Cosio holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Broadcast Journalism from Florida International University.
