Kelly Hilyard is an experienced sustainability professional with a diverse background in environmental initiatives and landscape architecture. Currently serving as the Sustainability Coordinator for the City of Middleton, Wisconsin since July 2019, Kelly’s previous roles include Environmental Initiatives Assistant at the Wisconsin Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters and Sustainability Consultant for Willy Street Co-op. Additional experience encompasses LEED consulting for various projects, including the STREAM Arts Building and Madison Public Library Renovation. Kelly holds a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Chicago, a Master of Landscape Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin, and additional certifications in social innovation, sustainability leadership, and ecological horticulture from renowned institutions.
