Brian Holtzclaw

Brian Holtzclaw currently serves as General Counsel for the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties since November 2023 and has been a City Council Member and Mayor for the City of Mill Creek, Washington, since January 2014. Previously, Brian held the position of General Counsel for Village Life from August 2011 to November 2023 and served as General Counsel for The McNaughton Group, LLC, focusing on legal aspects related to real estate development from December 2002 to July 2011. Brian's earlier experience includes being a Principal at Cairncross & Hempelmann from January 1997 to November 2002 and an Associate at Foster Pepper PLLC from 1993 to 1997. Brian holds a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law (1990-1993) and a B.A. in Economics from Whitman College (1984-1988).
