Elaine Tran

Elaine Tran, CMC, currently serves as the City Clerk for the City of Millbrae, a position held since July 2020, following a tenure as Management Assistant and Administrative Assistant from March 2017 to 2020. Prior to joining the City of Millbrae, Elaine held the role of Office Manager at Angel Dear from June 2007 to August 2016, where significant contributions included reducing the average order processing time from 7 days to 2 by integrating online ordering systems with the company’s database and enhancing sales report accuracy through a comprehensive overhaul of product classifications and customer territories.
