Scott Stauffer, CMC, currently serves as the Second Vice President of the Oregon Association of Municipal Recorders since January 2020 and has been the City Recorder for the City of Milwaukie since May 2013, where responsibilities include serving as Clerk of the Council and City Elections Officer. Stauffer’s professional background includes previous roles at Concordia University Portland, where responsibilities encompassed various administrative support functions from 2009 to 2013, and earlier positions in human resources, disability benefits processing, and aquatic staff at notable organizations. Stauffer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Religion, and History from Pacific Lutheran University, and a Master of Public Policy with a focus on Transportation Governance from Oregon State University.
