Bob Friddle has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and project management. Bob started their career in 1984 as an Architect/Partner at Stanner Associates. Bob then moved on to work at Potter Lawson, Inc. as an Architect from 1994 to 1995, and at Kahler Slater as a Project Manager from 1995 to 1998. Bob joined Leo A Daly as a Project Manager, Associate in 1998, and later worked at BWBR Architects as a Project Manager for a brief period in the same year. In 2005, they joined AECOM Ellerbe Becket as an AIA, LEED AP, Sr. Project Manager, Associate and remained there till 2012. Bob then worked at RSP Architects as a Sr. Project Manager - Health & Life Sciences from 2012 to 2014, where they led project teams and worked on various healthcare and corporate projects. Since 2014, they have been serving as the Director of Facilities Design and Construction at the City of Minneapolis. Additionally, Bob was also a former Board Member and VP at the Seward Neighborhood Group from 2013 to 2019.

Bob Friddle attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1974 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Science in Architecture (MS-Arch).
