Community Relations Specialist at City of Minneapolis

Caitlin Maxwell-Glenn has a diverse work experience across various organizations. Caitlin began their career at YMCA Camp Ihduhapi in 2004, serving as the Leadership Development Program Coordinator, Trips Director, and Cabin Counselor until 2009. In 2009, they joined Minneapolis Public Schools as an AVID Tutor. In 2010, they started working at the City of Minneapolis as a Housing Inspections Intern, and later transitioned to the role of Regulatory Services Associate in 2011. Caitlin then worked as a Customer Service Representative II from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Program Assistant in Administration & Community Engagement. Currently, Caitlin is employed as a Community Relations Specialist at the City of Minneapolis.

Caitlin Maxwell-Glenn obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of Minnesota, graduating in 2009. In 2008, they also attended IES Rome, where they studied Italian Studies for a year.
