David Bernstein

David Bernstein has a diverse work experience. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Legal Research Assistant at David Ketroser, M.D., J.D. In 2006, they also joined Forthright, LLC as a Law Clerk and Editor until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Judicial Law Clerk at Fourth Judicial District. In 2007, they became a Co-Owner of Dynamic Defensive Arts, LLC, a position they held until 2018. Finally, since 2012, they have been working at the City of Minneapolis as a Deputy City Attorney in the Criminal Division of the City Attorney's Office.

David Bernstein has a J.D. degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy at the University of Michigan from 2001 to 2005. David'shigh school education was completed at Hopkins High School from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained several certifications, including admission to the United States Supreme Court in June 2016, admission to the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota in February 2009, and admission to the Minnesota Supreme Court in October 2008.
