Dorothea Martti

Dorothea Martti has a diverse work history in the field of communications and media. Dorothea started their career as an Anchor/Producer/Reporter for Channel 12 News in 1998, where they produced and anchored a morning news program and later hosted a public affairs program focused on local government issues and events. From 2000 to 2007, they worked as an Anchor/Producer/Reporter for KEYC Mankato, where they produced and anchored a 6 p.m. newscast and covered stories as a general assignment reporter. In 2008, they joined the City of Edina as a Freelance News Anchor and Reporter, where they assisted in the production and anchoring of the television show "Agenda: Edina" and reported on a variety of stories related to city business and events. In 2009, they worked as the Director of Development and Communications for St. Therese Parish, where they developed communications strategies, managed the delivery of communications, and implemented a strategic development plan. Since 2011, they have been working as a Project Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis.

Dorothea Martti pursued their education at Minnesota State University, Mankato from the year 2001 to 2005. Dorothea focused their studies on Mass Communications during their time there. Prior to attending Minnesota State University, they went to Brown College from 1996 to 1997, where they specialized in Radio/T.V. Broadcasting.
