Jennifer Herman Spiller

Jennifer Herman Spiller, CFRE, currently serves as a Key Holder at Title Nine since April 2025 and has been a Development Consultant at Jennifer Herman Spiller, Philanthropy Coach since June 2015, focusing on connecting people and nonprofits to achieve their philanthropic goals. Experience includes roles as an Election Judge for the City of Minneapolis, a Reading Tutor with AmeriCorps, and the Interim Director of Philanthropic Initiatives at the Minneapolis Jewish Federation, where Jennifer launched the LIFE & LEGACY program for the Jewish community. Previous positions held include Development Director at Adath Jeshurun Foundation, Major Gifts Officer at The Blake School, and Director of Annual Giving Programs at Metropolitan State University Foundation. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from American University.
