Jun Xue has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to program management and technical consulting. They started their career in 1994 as a Human Resources Systems Programmer/Analyst at Cowles Media Company, where they designed and developed a Pension Administration System that automated pension calculations and reduced processing time significantly.
In 1995, Jun Xue moved to Tartget Corporation Corporate Office as a Senior Human Resources Systems Analyst before joining Target Store Company in 1996 as a System Analyst/Developer-Payroll/Personnel Support, where they played a key role in implementing HR, benefit, and payroll systems.

In 2013, Jun Xue joined Ameriprise Financial Inc as a Technical Program Manager, working on a PeopleSoft Financial integration project after the client acquired a UK based company.
Finally, since 2014, Jun Xue has been working at the City of Minneapolis as a Program Manager, overseeing a large ERP upgrade program that includes PeopleSoft HCM and Finance upgrade and Cognos BI reporting implementation.
Jun Xue obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Beijing University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Later on, they pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, US, completing their studies in 1995.
