Leda Schuster

Leda Schuster is a City Coordinator's Program Support Specialist for the City of Minneapolis, where responsibilities include supporting community stakeholder engagement for the Cultural Districts economic development inclusion program and assisting in the program's framework creation through research and presentations. Previously, Leda served as a Council Member Policy Aide, managing ward office operations and enhancing constituent services for Council Members Warsame and Cano. Additionally, Leda coordinated outreach initiatives for the Minneapolis Office of Police Conduct Review, focusing on community feedback related to police oversight. Prior experience includes positions as Latino/Multicultural Marketing Lead at Best Buy, developing outreach strategies for international tourists, and as a Movie Theater Manager at Cinemark, overseeing marketing and operations during theater openings. Leda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Buenos Aires.
