Nathan Koster

Nathan Koster has extensive experience in transportation planning and analysis. Nathan worked as a Transportation Planning Manager at the City of Minneapolis from March 2016 till present. Prior to that, they were a Transportation Planner at the same company from February 2015 to March 2016. Before joining the City of Minneapolis, they were an Associate Transportation Planner at SRF Consulting Group from May 2008 to February 2015. Nathan also worked as a Transportation Analyst II at PBS&J International Inc from April 2007 to March 2008. In addition, they have experience as a Planning Intern at the Northwest Florida Water Management District from August 2006 to May 2007, and as a Technical Analyst II at the Wisconsin Department of Administration from May 2006 to August 2006. Nathan began their career as a Planning & GIS Intern at the East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission from May 2005 to August 2005.

Nathan Koster completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geography at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, from the year 2002 to 2006. Nathan then pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Urban and Regional Planning at Florida State University, from 2006 to 2008. In May 2010, they obtained a certification called the American Institute of Certified Planners from the American Planning Association.
