Nick Wooner

Nick Wooner possesses a diverse background in process control and operations management, currently serving as a Process Control Technician for the City of Minneapolis since April 2021. Prior to this role, Nick worked as an Operations Supervisor at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc and contributed as an Adjunct Instructor in Process Operations at Itasca Community College from 2014 to 2019. Nick's extensive experience also includes tenure as a Board Member for the Cohasset Economic Development Authority and as an Instrumentation Environmental Lab Specialist 2 at Minnesota Power. Earlier in their career, Nick held the position of Senior Instrumentation/Electrical Technician at Northshore Mining Company. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Management with a minor in Finance from the University of Minnesota Crookston and an Associate's Degree in Automated Control Technology from Mesabi Range Community and Technical College.
