Parris Fields

Parris Fields is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in business analysis and operations management. Currently serving as a Business Analyst for the City of Minneapolis since February 2023, Parris previously held key roles at KIPP Minnesota as School Operations Leader and Office Manager from June 2019 to February 2023. Prior to that, Parris worked as a Senior Fraud Specialist at Target Corporation from December 2016 to June 2019 and engaged as a servant leader intern at the Children's Defense Fund. Parris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Paul Quinn College and has completed two Associate's degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching from Hinds Community College.
