Philip Schliesman has over two decades of experience in public service, currently serving as a License Inspector and Special Events Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis since August 2001. In this role, Philip coordinates special events through a collaborative committee involving various public departments and assists businesses with the licensing process. Prior to this position, Philip served as a Cub Master for the Boy Scouts of America from 2010 to 2012 and worked as a Probation and Parole Officer for the State of Wisconsin from 1994 to 2001. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Political Science from UW-La Crosse, earned between 1987 and 1993, and is a graduate of Assumption High School.
