Crime Prevention Specialist|community Liaison at City of Minneapolis

Rashid Ali's work experience includes serving as a Crime Prevention Specialist and Community Liaison at the City of Minneapolis since November 2017. Rashid also worked as a Guidance Specialist at ComPsych starting in September 2018. Previously, they worked as a Medical Interpreter at The Language Banc since June 2013. Additionally, they served as a Community Associate Educator at Andersen United Community School from August 2015 to October 2017.

Rashid Ali attended Minneapolis College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities. Rashid then pursued their higher education at the University of Minnesota from 2008 to 2012. During their time there, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.
