Rattana Sengsoulichanh

Rattana Sengsoulichanh serves as a Senior City Planner for the City of Minneapolis since May 2014, where notable contributions include leading community engagement for the Minneapolis 2040 comprehensive plan update and designing the Van White Memorial Boulevard Station Area Plan. Previous roles include City Planner, Undergraduate Intern focusing on the Downtown Public Realm Framework, and Urban Scholar in the Department of Community Planning and Economic Development. Rattana also provided support as an Access Assistant at the University of Minnesota for students with disabilities and mentored students in mathematics at Prepare2Nspire.
