Samantha Pree-Stinson

Samantha Pree-Stinson, PMP-C, currently serves as the Director of HR and Organizational Effectiveness at Inquilinxs Unidxs por Justicia and holds the position of President of the Board of Estimate and Taxation for the City of Minneapolis. With extensive experience across various organizations, including as Principal Owner of OA Strategy Solutions and in previous leadership roles at REEF and the City of Minneapolis, Samantha has demonstrated expertise in policy advising, project management, and organizational operations. Samantha also held key positions such as Executive Director at the Association for Black Economic Power, where responsibilities included operations and logistics. Academic credentials include a PMP certification from the University of California, Irvine, a degree in Psychology from Capella University, and a Medical Assisting AAS from Minneapolis Business College.
