Saray Garnett-Hochuli

Saray Garnett-Hochuli possesses extensive experience in city operations and management, currently serving as the Deputy City Operations Officer for Internal Services at the City of Minneapolis since August 2015. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Engagement in Regulatory Services, and Residential Manager in the Department of Assessment. Prior to tenure at the City of Minneapolis, Saray was a Regional Review Manager at Rels and held the position of Area Manager at Rels Valuation. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at Valocity and Branch Manager at Forsythe Appraisals. Saray earned a degree in Housing, Community Development & Policy from the University of Minnesota between 1991 and 1996.
