Jesse Izquierdo

Jesse Izquierdo is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in outdoor recreation and community engagement. Currently serving as Program Manager for the City of Minnetonka since April 2017, Jesse previously held the position of Program Coordinator for Outdoor Programs & Events at Three Rivers Park District, overseeing large-scale recreational initiatives serving over 25,000 participants annually. Jesse's background includes roles as a Race Director for Three Rivers Signature Events and senior instructor at REI, contributing to the development of outdoor education programs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling and Student Personnel from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Parks & Recreation and Psychology from Western Colorado University.
