Deputy City Clerk at City of Minnetonka

Nicole Tingley currently serves as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Minnetonka, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Tingley was the City Clerk for the City of Eden Prairie from August 2021 to October 2023 and held the same title at the City of Columbia Heights from June 2019 to July 2021. Tingley's career began at the City of Maple Plain as Assistant to the City Administrator, where responsibilities included managing city operations and special projects. Tingley has also gained experience as an intern in various administrative roles across different organizations, including responsibilities in social media management, election support, and community program implementation. Tingley holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
