Matthew Lockwood, RLA, has extensive experience in landscape architecture and public services, currently serving as the Development Manager and City Landscape Architect for the City of Mission Viejo since March 2016. Previous roles include Public Services Supervisor and Senior Public Services Contracts Administrator within the same city. Prior to this, Matthew worked at R. Dale Hadfield Landscape Architect from July 2006 to March 2016, where responsibilities included Project Manager and Landscape Associate, overseeing community, recreation, and commercial planning and design. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, obtained in 2006.
