Scott Kearney has a diverse work experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Scott began their career as a GIS Coordinator at Joseph A. Lusteck & Associates, Inc. from May 1995 to January 1997. Scott then joined the City of Mobile, AL and held multiple positions including GIS Analyst from 1997 to 2005, GIS Manager from 2005 to 2018, and IT Deputy Director - GIS from 2018 to 2019. From 2000 to 2005, Scott also served as a GIS Instructor at the University of South Alabama's Department of Earth Sciences. Most recently, they have been working as the Chief Technology Officer for the City of Mobile, AL.
