Binda Gokhale FCPA, GAICD is an experienced board member and committee chair with extensive involvement in various organizations across public and non-profit sectors. Current roles include Board Member at the Transport Accident Commission and Melbourne Water, Independent Member of the Audit and Risk Committee for both the City of Monash and Whitehorse City Council, and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at the Victorian Disability Worker Commission. Binda also serves as a Board Member for Benalla Health and Melbourne Polytechnic while acting as Chair of the Public Sector & Not For Profit Committee at CPA Australia and Vice President for Professional Development at FinPro. Previous directorship at Satellite Foundation focused on supporting families dealing with mental illness. Educational qualifications include degrees from Melbourne Business School and Monash University in Economics.
