Simran Sohal de Cruze

Simran Sohal De Cruze is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Coordinator of the Project Management Office (PMO) at the City of Monash since July 2019. Responsibilities include leading corporate oversight, ensuring compliance with project governance, and enhancing organizational project performance. Simran has held various roles in the PMO, including Capability Lead and Trainer, focusing on best practices and staff training. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at IBM Australia, where crucial roles involved managing scheduling teams and overseeing financials for major projects, including the Westpac Midrange Program and BHP Billiton accounts. Simran’s early career featured positions such as Project Coordinator at AGL Energy and Project Officer at Monash University, along with international experience as a Project Consultant for IBM's Corporate Service Corps in Chile. Simran holds an Honours Degree in Information Management and Systems from Monash University.
