Joanne Duguay has extensive experience in cultural and production management, currently serving as a Cultural Development Officer and previously as a Heritage Development Officer - Community Relations for the City of Moncton since April 2013. Prior roles include Production Manager and Coordinator as a freelancer, Operations Manager at Centre des arts et de la culture Dieppe, and Production Manager and Associate Producer at Grana Productions Inc. Joanne began their career at Connections Productions as a Production Manager and Production Accountant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on Graphic Design and Ceramics from Université de Moncton, along with a Diploma in Small Business Administration/Management from Atlantic Business College.
