Lisa Hollowell

Lisa Hollowell currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Monroe, NC, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa Hollowell worked as the Principal Fiscal Analyst for the North Carolina General Assembly. Lisa Hollowell holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from North Carolina State University and has also pursued education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
