Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Technician at the City of Monrovia since January 2023, Diana previously worked as a Human Resources/Risk Management Analyst at the City of El Monte from September 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, Diana held multiple positions at the City of Azusa, including Human Resources Specialist I, Administrative Technician, and Human Resources Intern, from July 2018 to August 2022. Diana holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned from January 2021 to May 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the same university, completed in 2019.
